Because of the problems with the Extension of the Bozzy Spine and the many new nations, a new form was given to the Bozzy Spine extension. Instead of extending the entire spine, weaker connections would be made from all member worlds to the Bozzy Spine to help with infrastructure.
Though first placed under the ministry of justice, control was later shifted to the Bozzy Spine Infrastructure Committee.
