The Declaration of Unity is a declaration signed by all Union members regarding the ideals and politics of the Union. True to it's name the Declaration was first signed by the founding members of the Union, on the rogue planet from that moment on known as Unity.
This declaration is about the requirements for membership, and forms the basis of the legal system of the Union. The declaration does not handle military aspects of this cooperation, those are written up in the Alliance Declaration.
