Delegation to the United Moons of Tunuarana

The Jedi Council asks for volunteers to travel to sector 14 -8 to join a delegation of Union representatives under the head of Danar Gistor accompanying a relief effort shipment to the United Moons of Tunuarana. Ariana Danacia, Darones Rei and Jaicen Hedoss signed up started preparation for their departure.

Minister Senator Danar Tassar announces that an investigation team will be sent with the shipments of and . And asks to see if other factions are willing to support the effort of shipping humanitarian goods to the United Moons of Tunuarana. Furthermore, he announces that a group of nomands has been granted access to the Bozzy Spine. Kachiso Doshima expresses his doubts about allowing these nomands onto the Bozzy Spine.

To ensure a smooth delivery of the relief goods, the first convoy is accompanied by a delegation of Jedi to accompany the delegation from the Ministry of foreign affairs under the head of Danar Gistor. Ariana Danacia, Darones Rei and Jaicen Hedoss signed up started preparation for their departure.

With a Praetorian Star Destroyer, Bright Sagittari Emerald, the team safely arrived at the Moons of Tunuarana. Tunuarana is a gas giant with five moons orbiting around it. The moon Kons appears to be the one hit by a series of earthquakes. When the group had finished their first observations of the situation, Gistor managed to contact Duke Xeironymous the Sixth, the current leader of the faction, and arranged a audience.

At the audience, after the formalities, the Jedi received permission to pursue an investigation to the cause of the earthquakes. The Duke let his advisor of foreign affairs, Grand Bishop Nanteek Adool of shall Chaundra, coordinate any further communications.

Jaicen and Ariana started to investigate any possible causes for the earthquakes while Gistor and Darones surveyed Kons to make a preliminary report of the situation.

It appears that the people from the Moons of Tunuarana are highly religious, with an ever changing pantheon of gods. The people therefore blame the gods for the earthquakes. Aside from this, the seemingly most important information they learned is that green flashes have been sighted prior to the earthquakes.

On Kons, Danar Gistor and Darones Rei met with a group of scientists near one of the cities. The scientists helped them with the survey and with getting around. Gistor and Darones learned that the repairs of damage due to the earthquakes have been halted. Every time there was progress, a new earthquake caused more damage and increases the death toll. Aside from this and what required on Kons, the two learned that a group of three people went to a nearby temple to investigate potential causes of the earthquakes, but according to a piece of diary they had with them, they died to radiation exposure after an explosion of green fire.

The Jedi and the ministry delegation gathered together on Kons to share their findings and to make a plan of approach. Despite the many possible leads to causes of the earthquakes other than divine intervention, the team decided that the delivery of the Union relief goods had priority. Therefore they decided to halt pursuing the cause of the earthquakes to coordinate the delivery of the goods.

Soon it appears that they made the right choice when a group of protesters arrived from the city. Ariana and Jaicen went to the group to talk to them while Gistor contacted the Duke's adviser of foreign affairs for help.

It appeared that the group of protesters did not want the goods since they were not blessed and came from godless people. Jaicen tried to convince the leaders of the group, two priests, that this is not the case but failed to do so. As the group got more angry, Jaicen resorted to the force to calm them, which helped for the time being.

Meanwhile after some tries Gistor successfully managed to get a bishop, Loshro Dunefis, bishop of Mo'Irin, to negotiate the matter. The bishop listened to what the delegation from the Union had to say about the situation and then listened to what the protesters had to say. He decided that the following course of actions was most appropriate for a peaceful settling of the situation: The Jedi apologize for feeding misinformation to the protesters, then the Bishop inspects the goods and accepts them.

Everybody agrees with the plan and they proceed. The protesters calmed down and with that, the mission appears to have come to a successful conclusion.
