The Veolian Commonwealth (represented by Nehket Aeka) has taken the initiative to set up a Military Technology Think Tank, and has asked the Teprogrenaian Consensus (represented by Senator Danar Tassar) and the Unified Republic of Darya (represented by Senator Gregory Konev) to participate. Together, they have discussed the issues of placement, the laws governing the institute, and who should lead the institute.
Former chancellor Bolv'ar accepted a position as leader of this newly formed research institute. The facility's construction was started immediately after the official ratification of the treaty.
The facility has been officialy called the Djana Military Research Centre.
