Ministry of Finance
The Ministry of Finance handles the financial dealings, including collection of taxes and their distribution. They receive a large share of the Union budget, but are expected to use this to fund other Ministries should these request additional funding. They also control the amount of money in circulation, either giving out new money or buying it up from their budget.
The current minister is Dewa Lanadi from the Veolian Commonwealth.

Funds
Improvement of Unity funds
The improvement of Unity fund is earmarked for permanent improvements to the planet Unity. These may be improved stationary defences and countermeasures, improved infrastructure, or terraformation. Trade Hub Creation funds
The Trade Hub Creation funds is earmarked for the creation of one or more trade hubs according to the plan of Prof. Dr. Orlandazi Fundamixo in his talk at the G-22. These trade hubs may be directly implemented, or these funds can be used as subsidy to encourage the construction of such trade hubs by Union members. (See: Turn 178 (27/10/2014 - 02/11/2014))

Union Health Fund
Projects and campaigns to improve the health of citizens of the Union, including but not limited to, Union-wide campaigns to inform the population about the risk of STDs, the introduction of regular voluntary tests for STDs, and the funding of medical research towards affordable home-tests for a wide range of STDs.
