The Mayor of Unity is in charge of the policing of Unity and other governing tasks, pertaining to Unity and Unity City, previously performed by the Ministry of Justice. The mayor of unity is not a elected position. Instead, the mayor is appointed by the chancellor. The office of Mayor of Unity is the partial successor of the Ministry of Justice as set out in the Offices of the Mayor of Unity Act.
The Offices of the Mayor of Unity are located in a separate building in Unity City, near the senate.
