The Positions and Titles Act defines the titles and specific positions in the Union. This act is related to the Participation Act.
Positions
Senator
A Senator shall be the person assigned by a Minor World, Inner World or Core World to represent it within the Senate.
Each world shall have only a single Senator, which they may assign by their own customs. The designation may be changed at any time for any reason.
Unless explicitly stated, the title of Senator can only be changed through reassignment by their world. Accepting other positions within the Union does not remove the title of Senator.
Chancellor
The Chancellor shall be the Senator who was elected to that position in the most recent election.
Minister
A Minister shall be the Senator assigned as the head of the Ministry assigned to their world.
The Chancellor assigns Ministries to a Minor World or Inner World. This world then becomes a Core World.
Change of Official
Assignment of Senator
Should a Minister be removed from their position as Senator, the new Senator for their world shall automatically become the new Minister.
Should the Chancellor be removed from their position as Senator, the new Senator for their world shall take over the position of Chancellor. In such a case, elections must be held at the earliest opportunity.
Security
Security measures shall be in place to prevent individuals from impersonating a Senator, Minister or Chancellor as well as to prevent former Senators, Ministers or Chancellors who have been removed from office from undertaking actions as if they were still in office.
