Chancellor Nehket Aeka proposes a draft of the Public Tender Act to the senate for discussion. Senator Atheos points out that the senate's silence does not indicate disinterest. Immediately after, senators Senator Harek and Maria Latharion propose changes to the draft. After a short discussion on the merits of adding a mandatory senate vote requirement to opening a public tender the matter was put to a vote with both alternatives available. With only 9 cast votes, the chancellor's version of the Public Tender Act was enacted with 5 votes in favour.
