Jedi Master Jedi Master Screetor asks that Shebi Ajava meditates with him. He asks her about her feelings with regard to the Jedi Council, and she responds frankly with several issues she has had in the past, and things that are currently bothering her. Thei discussion offers new insights into the behaviour of the council, and gives Ajava a new perspective on some of the actions of the other masters.
Master Screetor then informs her that the Jedi Council will have a special meeting in the evening, and that she is to wait outside the council chambers until she is summoned in.
While she waits outside, the Jedi Masters vote on her admission to the rank of Jedi master. The attending Jedi masters are: Jedi Master Screetor, Jedi Master Qun Treen, Monifa, Master Leithor and Quartermaster Nishra. With the vote unanimously in favor, Shebi Ajava is called into the council chambers and informed that he Jedi Council has decided to grant her the rank of Master, with all the privileges and responsibilities that come with this rank.
