Elections were held for the electoral period of 
41 to 60. The participating candidates were Bolv'ar, Acehtoo and Representative Lophos.
Senator Bolv'ar of the Confederacy of Excaria, supported by the Federal Republic of Bisidn and the New Communist Imperium of the Rising Suns of Deominius advocated a military strategy to grow the Unions military power. Senator Lophos of the Interregnum Democracy of Scir promoted a strategy of tax-cuts and terraformation subsidies as the primary concern, supported by the Free Peoples of Wrarrbo and Liberal Assencia.
Current Chancellor Acehtoo herself went with an expantionist strategy, and a plan for adding Minor Worlds and with the aid of the Divine Fiefdom of Highmons and the Holy Heimgolian Theocracy eventually secured enough support to guarantee her victory.

Seeing her absolute majority Chancellor Acehtoo would not employ any of her opposing candidates in her new cabinet, instead offering positions to the Veolian Commonwealth and the Praetorian Empire.
