Senator Representative Anselim announced that the Free Peoples of Wrarrbo, Liberal Assencia and the Interregnum Democracy of Scir are seceding from the Union to form the Free Confederacy. They presented their Free Confederacy Terms of Separation to the chancellor in

Chancellor Ardios Eldrilith has asked minister of foreign affairs, Nehket Aeka, to negotiate a treaty with regards to 
13 -1, 13 -2. Nehket Aeka invited Senator Salixa and travelled to the Silver Forests of Remunzia to meet with Representative Anselim. In 138, Nehket Aeka presented the negotiated treaty to the senate for ratification.
In 140, the Stellaria Argentum Treaty on Relations with the Free Confederacy was ratified by the Union Senate, making it official. A new logo was adopted in accordance with the treaty in 144.
