The sun of this system is very active, and is hot enough to increase the size of the warmer orbit bands. Due to this effect, the class of the orbit is upgraded by one category. A cold orbit becomes a goldilocks orbit or a goldilocks orbit becomes a hot orbit. If you apply this special the cost of gas giants and all other objects will use the values of the new orbit type.
