Through carefully stepped planing, an ecosystem of engineered microbes, micro-organisms, plants, animals and fungi is introduced onto the world to produce a fully functional, world wide ecosystem.

The Biogenesis technology allows you to add Natural Life to a world. If a zone construction process (with cost reduction due to Natural Life) is on progress, the progress is scaled to the new cost. That means if you spent 1200 of 2000 on a zone, and you finish the terraformation project, you are then at 600 of 1000 .

This technology functions only on a Habitable goldilocks world.
