Specials
Specials are bought during System Creation using 
Special Points. Special options are features that can be added to your system to help make it unique. The list here is not exhaustive - you are encouraged to contact the Storyteller to make up your own special options!
Sometimes special options affect how you can spend your gas, rock and bio-mass. When the 'applies to' field lists “planet” this means any gas giant or rocky planet that circles around the central star. This includes dwarf planets, but not asteroid belts.
