Union Rules
This page describes exceptions to the normal rules that are in effect for Union. Because the Union is a superpower, some things work a bit differently. Such differences are usually explained with superpower technologies, though we do not detail them.
Union Defence Fleets
Related to Union Military The Union Defence fleets' upkeep is calculated as follows:
- A Defensive Union Defence Fleet has an upkeep of 250
per 
- A Combat-ready Union Defence Fleet has an upkeep of 500 per
Repairs of Union fleets
In order to repair the Union fleets, they have to be assigned to a fleet zone of an Union member. This fleet zone does not have to be empty (e.g. The fleet of a Union member and a Union fleet can be assigned at the same time to the same fleet zone.)
Bozzy Spine
Related to Bozzy Spine
- The Bozzy Spine has an unlimited Capacity
- Each sector of the Bozzy Spine has a base upkeep of 1000
- This has been reduced with 40 per sector with a Union project

This page describes the rules with regard to the Union budget when PCs are ministers or the chancellor. While some of these things could be defined IC with a Law, they are currently a Rule for simplicity.
