Population groups do not get a page. Instead they are listed on the associated world page.

There should only be one group per race per world.

Population Group
Description A one-line description of the population
System_ref The system on which this population segment resides
On_ref The locations (planet, moon, or other sane location) where this population segment resides
Faction_ref The faction to which this population belongs
Race_ref Race of the group
Number Number of people, in billions

The actual world this population segment resides on is accesible through %pageid%.
