Danar Lorum has always hovered between the Military Consult and the Scientific Consult of the Teprogrenaian Consensus. This together with his complete lack of cybernetic implants made him an ideal candidate as board member for the Djana Military Research Centre, a cooperated operation of the Veolian Commonwealth, the Unified Republic of Darya and the Teprogrenaian Consensus. He has a warm and cheerful personality and he tries to transmit this to the people around him.
He's born and raised in the capital city Aurian. There he attended the military school, but soon found out that his heart lied more in research. He attended the research institute only to find out his heart was within the military. A talent hunter from the military recognised his potential and recruited him for a militaristic research project for The Cradle. There Lorum stayed with the company for thirteen years. He wanted some change and went back to the military school, this time to give lessons to the students about the modern scientific parts of the military and The Cradle in particular. He did that for two years before he decided he liked the militaristic research more. He got accepted at another research company where Lorum combined working and studying for a while. Over time he got promoted to CEO of the research company, what he was for six years before the company was bought by a large shipping company who wanted to embed military grade technology into their cargo freighters. Lorum started to work for himself as a consultant for a couple of years till he was recruited by the military consult to work on the cradle again. Lorum was likely becoming head of the project some day if the political consult did not recruit him first for the Djana military research centre. As Danar Lorum saw this as a new challenge he accepted and since recently he is working there as one of the board members.
