Lady Daphne takes chancellor Dewa Lanadi out on a date, months after a “mistake” with a trade. The sundarian noble brings the chancellor to the Aqua Cantina, a night club in Unity City with an actual pool.

During the ride over, lady Daphne presents a gift to the veolian duchess. They speak about the pleasure of not having to work for a few hours. Lady Daphne hints that she is interested in several aspects of veolian culture. After lady Daphne distracts the press at the entrance to the club so that the chancellor can enter unnoticed, the pair spends some time in a private suite at the club.

Despite their careful entry of the club a few days later UCN features an article about rumours about the nature of their relationship circulating in both the clubbing scene and the hallways of the senate.
