The First Shebi Fleet is the first military fleet of House Shebi. This fleet is loyal to House Shebi, with all commisioned officers selected from House Shebi, or noble houses loyal to the great house.
The first Shebi fleet adheres to the basic principle of most veolian armed forces: large numbers of weak vessels are deployed as a first wave of attack, als known as the vanguard, with a second wave of highly advanced vessels, called the advance, for conclusion of the battle. As is traditional, all hemet personell is located in the second wave of vessels.
The fleet's vanguard consists of 6 battle groups, 12 assault groups and 12 fire support squadrons. The fleet's advance consists of 6 carrier battle groups, 3 artillery support groups and 6 auxilliary squadrons.
The first Shebi fleet is commanded by fleet admiral Shebi Naupaat, leading from his carrier Invincible Fury of the Dawn. In defiance of normal tradition, his wife Shebi Jharanā commands the vanguard from her battlecruiser Cascade of Cutting Terror.
The first carrier battlegroup is built around the Ready in Eight Directions, its two cruiser escorts are Persistent Hornet and Thoughtful Gift. The carrier carries eight wings of advanced fighters, each wing is named after a direction: Left Wing, Right Wing, Up Wing, Down Wing, Fore Wing, Back Wing, Ana Wing, Kata Wing. The group is further complemented with a wing of combat repair and salvage vessels called Craftsman Needs no Tools, normally shortened to just 'Craftsman'.

Mandalorian War
Begin operations in 
115, the First Shebi Fleet entered the combat-ready level of activity in 119. In 122, the First Shebi Fleet operated under the command of Shebi Ajava. The fleet moved moved to 9 -4 to engage the Mandalorian Fleets forces currently assaulting Nest, the home planet of the Unified Empire of Azaryan Colonies.
The battle ended in 134 with a lossless victory for the Union forces. the First Shebi Fleet chased the retreating Mandalorian fleets to the border of Core Hegemony space. Finally, in 138, the First Shebi Fleet caught up with the larger of the two retreating fleets and mercilessly destroyed it. After this final battle, the fleet returned home to arrive in 141.
Slave Rebellion Invasion
In 285 the First Shebi Fleet was entered the combat-ready level of activity in response to expectations of conflict with the Slave Rebellion. In 287, the fleet was ordered to move towards the Adii Nasla System, together with the Veolian Imperial Fleet, to engage the Slave Rebellion fleet that just started to blockade the settlement. In 333, the fleet returned to the Smi-Halek System to stand down.
Upgrades
Hyperspace Tracking Vessels
This upgrade allows a military fleet to perfom the Informed Piracy Patrol strategic fleet operation and allows the sensor vessels to form a real-time model of the battle during fleet battle. +1 bonus to all Direct Combat Actions that take advantage of knowing the positions and flight paths of all friendlies in the battle.
