[Teprogrenaian Consensus]

((OOC: This tread is meant for the negoations of trade deals between the Teprogrenaian Consensus and the Hiocan Society, House Iaat and Astai Republic.))

The Teprogrenaian Embassy was located on the 28th floor of the senate building. The reception was robust and efficient. A design of plants and slightly blue light created a fresh and healthy work environment.

Delegations of the factions were lead to a room with a round table with twelve chairs. The designs where similar of the reception and had the appearance being capable of withstanding a bomb blast.

Danar Torig and his aide Fecta Curssum were already in the room waiting for the first people to arrive.

The veolian representative arrived in a large hovercar. Her retinue consisted a single veolian man dressed in the suit of a businessman, and a veolian woman also dressed as a servant.

The trio made their way to the reception, and after that to the conference room.

"Greetings", she said upon entering the room, "I am Iaat Tijārata, representing house Iaat. I don't think we have met before."

[Aosen]

Merchant Aosen and his assistant Tolak (who looks quite young) walk out of the Hiocan Embassy into the hallway of the Senate building. They take the elevator to the 28th floor and the Teprogrenaian Embassy. Aosen has put on his dressrobes while his assistant wears simple satin robes.

The duo walks in and makes the Hiocan greeting of putting your hand up palms facing out and making a V by putting the point and middle finger and ring finger and pinky together to greet the others.

"Greetings, we thank you for the invitation for this trade negotiation." says merchant Aosen.
"My name is merchant Aosen and this is my assistant Tolak, we are representatives of the Hiocan Trade office."

[Marquise Iaat Tijārata]

"Greetings, merchant Aosen", the veolian woman said after a short bow, "I am marquise Iaat Tijārata, here to represent House Iaat."

Turning to the host, she continued: "If I am not mistaken, we are only waiting for the representative of the Astai Republic, are we not?"

[Al Guidicianni]

Al Guidicianni arrived at the senate building in a yellow cab. He holds a single black briefcase, stepping out of the elevator and entering the conference room with a slight smirk on his face.

Al makes a slight bow to other people present "I see that I am the last one here. Traffic was tough. I am Al Guidicianni representing the Astai Republic in matters of trade."

[Danar Torig]

Torig first turned to Iaat Tijārata: "Avé, Iaat Tijārata, it is our first meeting indeed. I am Danar Torig, Headmaster Teprogrenaian Intergalactic Economy. With me is Fecta Curssum, my aide and right hand."

[Danar Torig]

"As representatives of the economical Consult, we are responsible for the trade negotiations between the Teprogrenaian Consensus and the other factions of the Union." He said to everyone in the room, but with a accent towards Iaat Tijārata as she was the only one Torig hasn't spoken to before.

"As you probably know, with the inactivity of the ISCC, we of the economical consult, are afraid they will degrade to fringe world status soon. To prevent a severe economical breakdown, we want to change our current trade deals to ones with a better prospect for the future. Especially now we can use a stable income during the war. The economical Consult has determined that your three factions form the best economical fit with the Consensus, and we already have done good dealings in the past."

Torig turned to Aosen: "Only dealing with the Hiocan Society might become difficult, as they are at the first line of the war, but we are sure that we can arrange something."

[Marquise Iaat Tijārata]

"I think we should not let ourselves be worried about the war. If we do that, we'll be paralysed until the war is over. If we can all agree that the war might force our trade partners to default on a few deliveries, with the outlook of compensation in the future, this should not be a major problem."

"What trade does the Teprogrenaian Consensus like from each of our worlds?"

[Al Guidicianni]

"Indeed we too can understand that sometimes there's a mandalorian fleet blockading your system and then it can be difficult to get all the shipping out. We would like to move forward as well. I trust you, Danar Torig , have a proposal as to the trade, having sought us out, and I concur with marquise Iaat Tijārata that we would like to hear this."

"Our economical Consult has calculated the following trade values:
We made the following assumptions: a trade ratio of 1:1 for each product, we took only a look at the production values, not current trades. We looked at the current situation. If a faction had at least 200 of a product they could trade, if they had less than 100 of a product, they were in need of it."

"I am afraid that your analysis of our situation is inaccurate, Danar Torig. The veolian commonwealth will soon remove the excess production, and allthough our output of and will increase, we already have a buyer for most of our surplus. However, we will also continue to increase our and production, and I predict a surplus of ~100 of each around 130)."

"Well then, lets reassess the trade proposal. Given that the was is not in our way, is house Iaat willing to trade, starting with 100 and 100 for 100 and 100 starting from 129? Later we can increase the traded amount when the output of the Consensus is increased.

Is the Atai republic willing to trade 100 for 100 starting immediately?"

[Al Guidicianni]

The Atai Republic is willing to trade 100 for 100 immediately.

[Marquise Iaat Tijārata]

"I am afraid that with the current volatile market, we can no longer afford to offer or exchanged on a one-on-one basis for other products. We propose a ratio of 1.2 products per food or healthcare. I can give you more details in 125."

[Al Guidicianni]

"As you can see in your Estimated Economical Situation, the Atain Republic is not in need of electronics. We are however very much in need of ."

[Danar Torig]

"Okay," Tassar turned again to Marquise Iaat Tijārata, "in that case, the Teprogrenaian Consensus is unable to trade with house Iaat. Given the troubles on the open market we of the Teprogrenaian Consensus agree to the proposal to trade the 120 for the 100 . Is house Iaat also interested to trade 100 for 120 ?

If we are going through with this trade, the Consensus likes to re-evaluate the deal 20 turns after the deal goes active."

"Your counter-proposal is satisfactory. We propose to commence this trade in 135. We agree to a duration fo 20 ."

Fecta curssum handed Torig a datapad.

Torig then showed Marquise Iaat Tijārata the content of the datapad: "Curssum has made a draft of the proposed deal." Torig said.
