With their guests arriving soon the small space-station orbiting Morrigna, which had served as a base of operations throughout the establishment of the settlement, was once again buzzing with activity. With the settlement's infrastructure long since up to Union standards, most settler had move to the habitats on the planet, though not all had yet decided to move. The planet's terraformation, the 2nd stage, hadn't yet been completed after all.

For those that remained, the arrival of several important guests, was a source of excitement; a way to show what they had accomplished in such a brief period of time.

Lady Daphne awaited her guests at one of the larger airlocks, along with a delegation of the settlers and several members of her family.

Duke Iaat Vyapar has, in a break with tradition, to make the journey personally. Culturally speaking it would expected of him to send a female representative instead, but he wishes to make clear the importance of this visit to house Iaat and the Dryatech Consortium.

Of course, he made sure that his delegation includes several highly placed representatives, as he does not wish to embarass the Sundarians either, should they have taken into account the veolian culture.

So it was that he arrived in person, waiting on the shuttle side of the airlock, together with Marquise Iaat Tijārata and several other members of the family Of course, a "small" contingent of servants and aides accompanied them. The delegation was finely clothed, and it was clear that they made every effort to both impress and fit in.

As the doors of the airlock open, he strides forward confidently.
