Refresh wiki page manual

To refresh the wiki page (which updates all lists and stuff):

And due to a bug, the button didn't do anything up till now. I tracked it down and fixed it. (For the nerds, the bug was caused by some rather stupid 'problem solving' in the dokuwiki core.)
