I would like to bring two (old) tools under your attention again: the Jedi Roster and the Jedi Comparison.
Both tools use the stories on the wiki to provide you with an overview of Jedi related things.
The first tool, Jedi Roster, is useful for both players and STs alike: it shows you what characters are taking part in what missions, and how high the 'storyteller workload' is. Note that the count is a little bit off sometimes due to things like Regime Change and Xrim-459 resistance both counting as a mission while they really are the same thing.
The second tool, Jedi Comparison, is of some help for STs. It allows a ST to quickly compare the ratings of several Jedi. This tool was mainly built as a prototype for a more serious 'Jedi in Mission' overview tool, but it is already usable. Mostly as a 'do my players have X' tool though, instead of a good overview of their powers at the moment of the mission start.
Anyway, that's all I wanted to say. For a good idea of the actual workload for STs it is important that story pages are made at the start of the mission, so the tool understand what is going on.
