IP Nomination for G-22 Galactic Economy Summit

In regards to the G-22 Galactic Economy Summit, I would like to propose a set of
rewards based on the rules for gaining Influence and the participation of many players.
To come to the proposal below, I have looked at the contributions by all players involved. Of the PC worlds that announced they would send a delegation to the summit the Astai Republic and the IO Protocol have not contributed a single post to the event -- they are exempt from rewards due to not participating.
Furthermore, I have split the reward-giving into two parts. Since the original summit tracks have a duration of roughly 2 months (as evidenced by the analysis: macroeconomics, Financing, Intergalactic Logistics), and the closing ball is a substantial RP event running for nearly 8 months (analysis), I have split the rewards into the 'Give Talk/Ask Questions' and the 'Closing Ball' parts; this means that some worlds will receive additional
because they participated in additional RP -- which was exactly the reason Influence Points were introduced: to encourage RP.
Also, I am unsure about the Veolian reward for 'Give Talk / Ask Questions' since they organized the summit as well. On the other hand, I did write a lot of the talks and it is very possible to organize the event and not do anything else netting you +5
regardless. I look to you to give your opinion on this.
Without further delay, the proposal:
Veolian Commonwealth: +5
(for 'Organize a Conference or similar event')
Give Talk / Ask Questions:
Praetorian Empire: +2
(for 'Participate in private events with four or more players that are part of a story')
Unified Republic of Darya: +2
(for 'Participate in private events with four or more players that are part of a story')
Teprogrenaian Consensus: +2
(for 'Participate in private events with four or more players that are part of a story')
? Veolian Commonwealth: +2
(for 'Participate in private events with four or more players that are part of a story')
Sundarian Federation: +2
(for 'Participate in private events with four or more players that are part of a story')
Closing ball:
Veolian Commonwealth: +2
(for 'Participate in private events with four or more players that are part of a story')
Astrian Colonial Authority: +2
(for 'Participate in private events with four or more players that are part of a story')
Teprogrenaian Consensus: +2
(for 'Participate in private events with four or more players that are part of a story')
Hiocan Society: +2
(for 'Participate in private events with four or more players that are part of a story')
In total:
Veolian Commonwealth: +9
Teprogrenaian Consensus: +4
Praetorian Empire: +2
Unified Republic of Darya: +2
Sundarian Federation: +2
Astrian Colonial Authority: +2
Hiocan Society: +2
I sincerely hope that someone will reply -- I would feel a bit weird about handing out the reward without at least one other person agreeing to it. (Even though the rules on Influence Points are in place as a good guideline)
