NPC Swap with Mercury: Deominius vs Niom

I hereby request from Mercury a swap of NPCs:
The reasoning behind this swap is as follows: Deominius is an NPC in favour of slavery. In light of the current topics of discussion in the senate I feel that it is best to prevent the perception of a conflict of interest and hand over control of Deominius to a neutral party. Niom, while in the cabinet, has very little vested in this conflict and has no vote in the matter at the moment so I feel they are a safe choice to take on. Also, just like Deomiunius they are very cool to play ^_^
- I will assume control of the Socialist Republic of Niom
- Mercury will assume control of the New Communist Imperium of the Rising Suns of Deominius
