IP Nomination for 'Turn 17 Subsidies Law Revision'

I would like to nominate the following worlds to receive Influence for 'Actively participate in senate discussions that are part of a storyline' in the context of the Turn 17 Subsidies Law Revision:
awarded on the Actively predicate in the guidelines for Influence gaining. I am of the opinion that a singe post does not constitute actively participating (Praetorian Empire, Hiocan Society, Sundarian Federation -- even though the Sundarian post is as longer than all other posts by plus-one-ip worlds combined), nor do two posts when one is only claiming to be against (Astai Republic).
