This rules change is a minor change in the mechanics of Mass Migraiton and Interstellar Migration as discussed in the game question The way we have Mass & Interstellar Migration.

This change to the migration projects switches them to require a turnly payment, instead of an up-front payment.


Even though since the price has not changed, and no one is currently running any migration projects: As per the the rules-change Meta rule, this allows you to retroactively change your things. Please post any retroactive changes to this thread for approval.
