Could someone review PC and NPC. I think that they could use some more beef, but leave that up to someone more eloquent.
I have created these as part of the NPCness discussion of the Write-a-Thon. As the In Character / Out of Character concepts should be clearly defined, so sould the difference between a PC and an NPC be explaind as part of the rules.
(The IC/OOC things is not yet described in the rules though -- while this is not really a rule, I think that the concepts should be named at least; please give your opinion on this here!)

Construction and Improved Production need a review as well. And we probably want a data-block for zone upgrades as well.

It is important that the NPC and PC separation stays clear. I am not sure what else you would want on the NPC and PC page. You are not going to list all the NPC's and PC's on these pages right?

Construction and Improved construction are good, so are the pages for PC / NPC. I dont think that they need something more, just explaining the general terminology will suffice
mm it just crossed my mind that we might want to put on construction that you are able to build over zones to re-purpose them and there might be a lot more construction related rules like this one.

On a unrelated note. I can't find any notice on climates in the system creation rules. They are part of the system creation...

Atmospheres, Oceans & Climates
Atmospheres and Oceans increase the total production of a terrestrial planet or moon.
A world in Goldilocks Orbit with an atmosphere can have up to three Climates. Climates provide a bonus in one product or raw material, but a penalty in another.
Atmospheres and Oceans are paid for using . Climates are free.
They are there Chriz, just read betta ^.^

Well ok, they are there yes. But...
That is actually the only mention to climates that you can find.
Just like having the " A planet with a type I or II atmosphere MUST have Natural Life. "
We should have "A world in Goldilocks Orbit with an atmosphere can have up to three Climates." on the atmosphere page as well. (adding this now)
Climates should be mentioned in the process as well. I still think they need to be in the index table as well.
Shall i add them to the system creation index table?
