Due to the volume of your request, and our previous positive trade relations, we have taken the liberty of already putting your request through to one our planetary engineering department. This way, the necessary preparatory work will already be done by the time the treaty is finalized. You can expect a draft of the quote within two weeks, after which we can discuss details such as a payment plan.

We have estimated that the total expenses of your combined projects will be roughly 35.000 . As the project involves a lot of distinct sub-projects, the efficiency of our terraformation technologies diminishes. With our current level of technology, the project will take 22 .

However, with the level of payments you propose, I think we can work out a payment scheme that increases the speed at which we can complete the project. I propose that we schedule a meeting so we can discuss the different options. I will contact your secretary and see when suits you best, so that I know when to arrive at the Daryan embassy.
