We would have no problem in facilitating this trade for the Consensus, to ensure the supply of to the Praetorian Empire. Our current estimates show that no capacity problems are to be expected, hence we can guarantee a stable bandwidth feed for the duration of your trade-agreement. We shall do so free of charge. ((OOC: I assume its 96 instead of 86))

As for your question to make use of our infrastructure in the future, this is partly the reason why the Sundarian Federation has chosen to invest in Holonet Relays and I'm sure we could come to an arrangement.
While currently we should have sufficient capacity to meet the current demands of the market, we shall need to expand our capacity in the future. In order to facilitate this, our department has decided on the following modus operandi, which we will extend to all interested parties:

The option for capacity lease is also available for a longer (possibly infinite) period, the interested party will then be asked to purchase upgrades for the array's as needed (100 provide 500 ) and the resulting capacity increase will subsequently be reserved for your personal use. The usual price for 100 varies around 450 and any costs involving upkeep are, and always will be, the sole responsibility of the Sundarian Federation.

Should the needed capacity be less then 500 worth of bandwidth, the interested party will, in due time, be asked to the contribute a per use-ratio share of the upgrade cost, again resulting in the desired amount of reserved capacity for personal use. Any investment made when making use of this option, will be counted as invested should the increased needs result in the reservation of over 500 worth of bandwidth. As always, any costs involving upkeep are, and always will be, the sole responsibility of the Sundarian Federation.

It is also possible to come to a separate arrangement and the option or rights of lease may be part of other agreements.
