As arrangements had already been made, the Teprogrenaian senator did not have to wait long and was immediately put through the Duke Iaat Vyapar.

There is little to be confused about: in the senate your world makes noise about others moving on your market, but when you can profit form it, you seem to have little compunction about doing so yourself.

, but this is nonsense. In reality it is House Iaat and the Dryatech corporation that have been selling (:food)

to the open market. This is a very easy fact to discover, and the fact that your world is unwilling, or even incapable, of discovering this surprises me.

And now you try to make excuses by blaming the veolian embassy and acting as if you are not aware of the fact that Senator Nehket Aeka is, in fact, only the political representative of the Veolian Commonwealth. You claim that the Veolian embassy 'fails to cooperate in the faction they claim to represent', which belies a complete and utter lack of political insight in your part.

I am afraid that my only course of action is to withdraw the support of House Iaat from this unfair agreement you have struck with House Nehket. My advisers tell me that this would cost your world around 152 (:tax)

Forgive me for not understanding, as the holonet takes away most difficulties in trading with distant parties. It seems to me that, with the exception of a few, most embassies are not actually economically representing their worlds, but only their world's largest economic players. It seems to me that most worlds conveniently forget to represent the smaller businesses and corporations, and apparently, those smaller groups accept this.

However, what you said earlier about opening a point of contact on Unity sounds interesting. I will have this option analysed. Should we decide to open a point of contact, I will make sure that your world is informed of this.
