In reply to your offer in the public RFQ: we are willing to accept your proposal of delivering 280 and 240 in exchange for a payment of 0.2 per unit, provided that the agreement lasts at least 52 .

However, we only indicated a duration of at least 52 to ensure that the replying parties were aware of our desire to have a long-term deal. We much prefer a duration of 520 .

Additionally, if you accept this longer duration and lower your price to 0.15 per unit, we will waive the normal licensing cost for the terraformation technologies required to terraform Enthor up to Atmosphere I and look into prioritizing this project.

I look forward to your reply on both the proposed duration of 520 , and our counter-offer on pricing.

I have left out a clause on the prioritization, as this is difficult to express in objective terms. Rest asured that I personally oversee all terraformation transactions, and will take care of your prioritized status.

Starting in 94:

• The Astai Republic delivers 280 and 240 for the next 520 (i.e., 94 - 614)
• The Veolian Commonwealth transfers 78 for the next 520 (i.e., 94 - 614)
• The Veolian Commonwealth will apply the terraformation technologies necessary to terraform Enthor up to Atmosphere I for free

Once I receive your signed version, I will inform senator Nehket Aeka to sign the agreement.
