The Teprogrenaian Consensus is capable of providing the Hiocan Society with 50 per for a price of 5 per , making the total price for the two defence grids 2000 . We understand the reason, the haste and the costs of creating the defences, so we accept an interest-free delayed payment. This way the Hiocan Society can first secure their system without having to worry about the money.

We of the Economical Consult think that a payment of 250 per starting 10 after the final delivery is reasonable, but we are not familiar with the details of the Hiocan Economy so if you propose another payment schedule, that is fine by us.

The payment for the capital ships for the planetary defense grid has now been completed.

As the Hiocan Society lies at the border of the Union we deem it wisely to start building our own fleet. Therefore we would like to continue to pay the 250 to the Teprogrenaian Consensus as a down payment from 127-138 for 600 . We will now start building a fleetzone and hope son trade can continue in our sector and we can start building our fleet.

We are pleased to hear that our capital ships products have pleased the Hiocan Society, and the Teprogrenaian Consensus likes to explore possibilities to extend this trade. However, it is our policy to have a personal interview before selling capital ships which are meant for a fleet. This to prevent us contributing in bringing more war into the galaxy instead of less. Though given the wish for peace of the Hiocan Society, we believe that such an interview will be short and pose no problem.

Next to this there is the issue of delivery. As long as the Mandalorian Fleets reign their terror in sector 7 -6, we cannot sent our transport ships. Although is is also an issue we probably can work around somehow.

The planetary defense are working perfectly and the Mandalorians fleets have not dared to come near them. It is wise to make sure that capital ships do not fall in the wrong hands and we have no objection towards an interview. The Hiocan Society does not seek war but solutions by talking and let logic rule. But as other like the Mandalorians do not believe in this we are forced to protect ourselves with weapons.

We hope that with the current joint effort going on, the Mandalorians will soon be gone. Our fleet zone should be finished in turn 130 . We can only expect that you are ready to deliver once our sector is save again. How many would you be able to supply per turn ?
