Dear mister Noxim,

In order to prepare for a future increase in demand the Sundarian Federation is looking to expand our trading capabilities by expanding our fleets with a new tradefleet, we are also constructing a third survey fleet in order to maintain our needs as the war continues. In order to facilitate this we wish to order an amount of 600 , preferably in 100 / increments.

Should the Praetorian Empire be able to provide these , we propose that we deduct the costs from the outstanding loan which exists between the Sundarian Federation and the Praetorian Empire.
