As part of our investigation into the Daryan involvement in the change of power in the Novelia System, which lead to the formation of the Astrain Colonial Authority as successor state of the Stellerian Triad Federation, you are hereby invited to sent representatives for a public hearing.

During the hearing you will be presented with the opportunity to present your arguments before the Committee and provide us with information and supporting documentation concerning your view on the proceeding regarding these events leading up to the change of power.

While we cannot legally obligate either member of the Union to appear before our committee or provide us with the information and documentation we request, it would benefit our investigation greatly if both your factions would attend the hearing and answer any question we might have. It would also be in your best interest.

Should you be willing to attend this hearing; I ask you to provide me with a list of the representatives you wish to send, together with any information or documentation you might wish to make available to us beforehand, so that the Committee and myself might make the necessary arrangements and prepare ourself for this hearing.
