First off, the Veolian Commonwealth agrees to your proposal of using Astrian Colonial Authority base stations for the deployment of upgrade stations. We propose to formalise this agreement with the following treaty:

Holonet Station Attachment Treaty

This is a trade treaty between the Astrian Colonial Authority (ACA) and the Veolian Commonwealth (VC).

• The VC is allowed to attach Holonet stations to ACA Holonet stations
• The VC pays a sum of 10 per per used ACA Holonet station

Secondly, the Veolian Commonwealth is willing to accept your offer of 4.8 per with a proposed rate of delivery of 100 per , starting in 144. We would like to negotiate payment in other forms than , but if we can not reach an agreement before 144, we will accept the offered 4.8 per .

As we have little insight into your local economy we have difficulty predicting which goods or technologies might have your interest. If you wish to discuss alternate payments, please provide a list of things that your faction would like to acquire.

My mistress wanted me to relay her appreciation your effort to make the holonet station attachment treaty possible. She had hoped to find the time to write to you personally, but her duties as chancellor prevented her from doing so in a timely manner.

The Veolian Commonwealth is able to acquire these from multiple vendors at a price of 4.5 per , though we did so with the intent to increase our generic trade capacity. Unfortunately, we can not use we deliver to the ACA to increase our generic trade capacity, and the we acquire only increase specialised trade capacity. Because of this, we propose to exchange these special goods on a 1:1 basis.
