The Hiocan Society is currently creating new trade fleets and once they are finished we will start trading with them. We already have a deal with the Astrian Colonial Authority and an upcoming deal with the Astai Republic. So we could only make a short term deal to 150 (:turn)

The Hiocan Society is very much interested in increasing it's (:food)

and

production. Unfortunately the best production locations on Erau are already occupied. Therefor we would need to could relocate on two zones to Ah'rak and refurbish them and build the new zones there and one on the rings for metals. We would need 10,000 (:tax)

to reorganize our industry.

We know that this is quite a lot of money and we see this as a investment where we can both profit from. The extra goods made by the new zones can traded and use to pay you back. Please let us know if you are interested or have other suggestions.
