Once more, as per our earlier agreement, we would like to consult you on increasing the amount of the Veolian Commonwealth receives from the Sundarian Federation. We propose an increase to 250 per . If necessary, we would also be happy to step up to 200 per before further increases. I would like to know when your world is able to start delivering this amount, so that we can adjust our plans accordingly.

I would also like to open the renegotiations for the continuation of our agreement past 150. Because of the current flux in the market for , I would like to ask a favor of you: I propose to continue our agreement with payments based on . Currently, the Veolian Commonwealth pays 0.4 per product, I propose to increase this to 0.5 per product for the upcoming 20 , after which we should renegotiate and determine whether we should agree to 0.55 per product, or compensation in , or other products.

Dear miss Serrah,

The Sundarian Federation is happy to provide the Veolian Commonwealth with more . We have already completed the necessary infrastructure, but we are as yet limited by the amount available . From 149 on however, we have secured an increased supply from the IO Protocol, that enables us to produce the the Commonwealth requires.

That said we are thus capable of providing you with an additional 100 from 149 on.

To come back to your second point, the Sundarian Federation feels that your suggestion is a fair solution, since we also favour payments over more and at the moment. While we have already invested much into specializing our economy, we still have a way to go before all the changes are made and the a new status quo is reached.

If at all possible however we would like inquire in to a possible delivery of 50 and 100 to be exchanged for and/or at a 1:1 ratio.

Dear Mr. Pendra,

We accept the stated starting time of delivery of the additional 100 starting in 149. We will use the agreed upon payment rate for this 149 and 150.

I am happy to inform you that we will be able to deliver 50 and 100 starting 151. Together with a price increase for the other products to 0.5 per product, as agreed upon. Furthermore, we agree to keep the renegotiation clause in effect, and we will renegotiate these terms for a continuation in 170.
