I have discussed your proposed business arrangement with House Dewa. They suggest that with the growing interest in a small compensation might help to ensure that the Praetorian Empire receives preferential treatment. They suggested a compensation of 5% of the turnly conversions.

I have looked over their proposal. Given the short to medium-term expectations of the credit economy, and the fact that the Praetorian Empire wants an agreement for either a year, or a 2.5-month cancellation period, I agree with their initial assessment. Due to the strong history of economic partnership and trust between our worlds I have drafted an alternative proposal with a lowered compensation of 3% and shorter cancellation period.
