At this time, we have no reason to assume that the Pandora System would come under attack. However, if you feel that your system is unsafe, we could move one of the Reserve Fleets currently stationed at Highmons to the Pandora System.

This would mean we would need to run supplies for that fleet through the Pandora System. We would ask that your world make available at least 200 Trade Capacity to ensure the fleet can be properly supplied.

We would need a world to land ships for dry-dock repairs and maintenance. Preferably an industrialised world where the men can take leave. The Defence Ministry pays a standard rate of 40 per in rent for the use of such facilities, which would be paid to your nation. Naturally you can assign any world in your system which meets the criteria.

How does your nation feel about such an arrangement? Would this help resolve your nations worries?"

Benard Byrnison:" On behalf of the Enlightened Kingdoms i would like to thank the ministry of defense for this quick and generous offer.
We are willing to accept this protection but have trouble handling the logistics in our current situation.

Currently all our trade fleets are assigned on a trade route to the Lumo Duo System. We already promised the Praetorian Empire an increase of the trade fleet, which means we have no free trade capacity before 25.
Maybe we can ask the Praetorian Empire to ship these supplies together with the we receive from them. If this is not a valid solution we are willing to rent the trade fleet from the Union. All four of our kingdoms are willing to prepare a docking area on there planet. Due to the fact that we do not want our population to be spooked by the sudden military presence we have chosen to prepare a docking area on Industrium.

"Industrium shall do nicely I believe. It appears to have the appropriate level of industrialisation for our needs and we are confident it will provide the necessary infrastructure.

We shall send this Reserve Fleet to the Pandora system immidiately, the bulk of the fleet should arrive in two days. If you can have the necessary trade capacity by 25, then this shall suffice. The Confederacy of Excaria shall supply the fleet in the meanwhile.

Perhaps you would be willing to wave the cost of renting your facilities until you are able to secure the supply line for the reserve fleet? We would consider that to be most generous."

"We thank the Confederacy of Excaria for there help in this matter. We will receive the necessary trade fleet to support the supply line in 25 and will be able to use it in 26. If we can buy another 100 on short notice we will be able to make this 1 sooner, however the Praetorian Empire is already sold out till turn 25.

With the for renting our facilities we will pay the Confederacy of Excaria for supplying there trade fleet. We thank the Union for sending there fleet on such a short notice. Our people feel safer already."
