Nehket Aeka - PC
Directly after her call with the Remunzian senator, Nehket Aeka indicated to her aide that she should call the next party on the list: the Republic of Darya.
"General Konev! How good of you to take this call personally.
I call you to discuss a proposal I will present in senate within a few weeks. As we speak researchers are working on ways to terraform the planet Unity. As I understand it, the terraformation of Unity is still an ongoing process that proceeds slowly and with much difficulty. I will soon propose that we make the terraformation a priority, and allow Union funds to be used in subsidizing research into terraformation technologies.
I understand that this is not in the direct interests of your world, but the Green Unity project will serve as a common goal for the Union, uniting our factions in cooperation. Furthermore, the terraformation of Unity will require much more than terraformation technologies and raw materials. Expertise on grand construction projects will be required, as Unity is constantly bombarded by the interstellar medium. I am sure that the Republic of Darya will benefit from this project because of their long tradition of large-scale constructions.
I have already obtained the support of the Praetorian Empire and the Chancellor in this endeavour. Would you be willing to support this proposal?"

"Greetings Comrade Senator what can I do for you?
This is an interesting proposal you have here Senator Nekhet. We are indeed interested in large scale projects and even in terraformation.
The current Trostnik government is looking into the terraformation of Yasno and a project like Unity might give us an idea in the cost and complexities of such a task.
We would like to look over your proposal before we make our final decision but if it is as well thought out as your normal proposals you can count on your good comrades of the Unified Republic of Darya."

"It is good to know that we can count on the support of our good friends. Once I have the details on the project, I will send them to you. And on such a time we might have to discuss my government's interests in the purchase of dependable warships as well.
Again, thank you for your support; I will contact you with more details later."
Nehket Aeka closed the holonet connection.
