Dear Nehket Aeka,

Due to the recent talk about and interest in colonization it is time to discuss the matter of territory outside the Union.

The Praetorian Empire suggests a treaty about not claiming territories at strategic locations relevant to our factions.

Our proposal: The Praetorian Empire will not claim territories in 10 -4, 11 -4 or 9 -3 in return for the Veolian Commonwealth not claiming territory in sector 11 -8, 12 -9 and 13 -8.

We hope to come to an understanding in this matter to ensure future cooperation between our factions.
