House Shebi is happy to inform you that we would like to sell the technologies to you at a combined price of 1500 , given the following conditions:

• We are willing to sell the Interstellar Migration technology immediately a price of 500 , conditional upon the Sundarian Federation not transfering the technology to others.
• We are willing to seel the Population Mobility at a price of 1000 , conditional upon the Sundarian Federation (a) not transfering the technology nor any derivatives to others, and (b) claiming no territories in 10 -4, 11 -4, or 9 -3.

If you can agree to this terms, we can transfer the technologies immediately, and propose payments of 500 in 230, 231, 232.
