The Astai Republic proposes the following for the payment schedule.
A total of 2000 goes to the Sundarian Federation, a total of 6000 goes to the Astai Republic.
This is distributed, starting in 147 with payments of 250 to the Sundarian Federation and 750 per turn to the Astai Republic for a duration of 8 turns for both payments. This provides easily manageable numbers for all parties, does this agree with the planned spending of the Veolian Commonwealth?
