The law as it was voted into effect specifies when the payment to your nation is to be made. As such, I fear that I do not have the capacity to delay when you receive the requested funds - after all, the law is the law.

I have asked Grand Bureaucrat Ght'Twwf of the Ministry of Commerce to install a committee under his guidance which shall ensure the payments to your nation get processed properly and in accordance with said law.

To make sure you get your money on time as per the law, I have giving him the explicit instruction that I can accept at most that half is paid to the Veolian Commonwealth one turn late and the other half is paid two turns late, but that delays beyond that are completely unacceptable.
