After having done the necessary calculations, I come to the conclusion that the Veolian Commonwealth can not benefit from the offered price of 0.25 (:tax)

per good. While investigating a direct product-for-product trade, my analysts encountered an ambiguity.

It is unclear to us if you mean for trades to happen as:

10 × "the set of { , , }" in exchange for 7 × "a set of three other products", or if you intend to say that
any 10 × "A single product from the set of { , , }" in exchange for 7 × "any product not in that set"

Please explain the exact deal you are offering.
