Dear mister Pendra,

The Hiocan Society is currently not able to provide 100 . We do not have the facilities to quickly increase our production as we are busy with the construction of a new corporation. It will take some time and investment to do this.

To increase our production we would need minimal 7500 and 3 . In our current situation we could start the project in 263 and finish in 271 . But if the Sundarian Federation is willing to provide a loan we could start immediately and finish around 261 , the speed depends on getting the necessary papers in time. We could start repaying the loan in 263 at a speed of 500 / .

We understand that you would need time in order to increase your production capacity in order to meet the requested amount. And unfortunately we do not currently have the means provide needed influx in capital, either directly or on loan to speed up the process.

I therefore propose an alternative agreement, instead of the 100 , we are also willing accept 35 / at first. As long as we can agree that this will eventually, say before 275, be switched out for a 100 .

In this way we can immediately provide you with the you requested and at the same time ensure that we will eventually receive in return.

Would the Hoican Sociey be willing to make such a deal?

I think your offer is reasonable. With the current economic changes we would like to start in 263 with the initial deal of 100 for 35 . The Hiocan Society will build the additionally facilities and we will inform you when the are completed and then trade you 100 for 100 .
