Dear Zatiri Ferumdra,
The Veolian Commonwealth can offer the
Assisted Apomictic Parthenogenesis only under a cost-sharing license. This means that the technology may only be transfered under cost-sharing license, where every partner pays their share of the development costs equally distributed to each of the already bought-in partners. Currently, there are three partners in the technology: the Veolian Commonwealth, the Astrian Colonial Authority and the Astai Republic.
To buy into the technology, the Praetorian Empire should buy in by transfering 150

to each current partner, bringing everyone's share in the technology to 450

.
Does the Praetorian Empire agree to these terms?
Sincerely Yours,
Duchess Dewa Lanadi
