The following message is sent from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the prominent leaders or foreign affairs ministry of the Slave Rebellion

To the Slave Rebellion,

The Union hereby accepts the declaration of war as given by the unannounced occupation of the Union territories in sector 12 -3. We reject any and all terms proposed, especially those regarding the dissolution of governments of Union worlds.

We have detailed and extensive intelligence on all forces comprising the invasion force, included in this message are details that prove such documentation exists.

We propose an ultimatum. Stand down your fleets before the end of 288 and leave Union territory forthwith. If you comply with these demands, we will not chase you down and destroy your forces. If you do not comply with these demands we shall use the full forces of the Union military to hunt down and destroy this futile territorial invasion inside or near Union territory. We will then send all pertinent intelligence to the Hutt Families.

Attached to the message are details on two minor ships from the environmental report, reformatted into a military intelligence report that neatly highlight the details of the environmental report such as number of crew, the structural flaws and the shielding details. This also masks it's origin as an environmental report.
