Dear reader,

As suggested by senator Jennifer Obotanga, there are significant military technologies that can improve the effectiveness of the Union's military as a whole.

The Djana Military Research Centre intends to start collaborative research of the Generalized Fleet Logistics technology in 289, and is looking for cooperation from all interested parties. We suggest the simplest of agreements on the knowledge gained from this research: no restrictions.

We plan on completing the research as fast as possible, and expect those that commit to the effort to carry their weight in this.

All those that wish to participate should contact the Djana Military Research Centre to ensure efficient collaboration.

We have calculated the total costs of the collaborative research project at 12300 , which means a share of 1538 per faction. As previously stated, we intend to complete the research in record time, and expect it to be finished in 6 .

Furthermore, the Djana Military Research Centre whishes to express it's gratitude to the generous contribution by the Ministry of Defence; their contribution comes down to 250 per participant.

As to the collaborative research costs:

Base cost of Generalized Fleet Logistics = 6000
Number of collaborators = 8 (of which 2 NPCs)

Tax cost per faction = 1538 = ( base + base * 15% * ( collaborators - 1 ) )
Time cost = 6
